  1980s\, Drum and Bass in the late 1990s\, and then discovering dubstep 
 in 2005\; Evol G started working with his good friend Hecca in 2007 and 
 formed the deadly DJ duo Evol G & Hecca\; who played at parties and club
 s all over Southern Idaho. Hecca departed in 2008 to Portland\, Oregon l
 eaving Evol G to be one of a handful of DJs in Boise pushing new sounds 
 like dubstep and the only one playing UK bassline. But times have change
 d and in April 2010\, Evol G will be calling Portland home and will be u
 nleashing his subsonic dubplates on his forthcoming music blog / label M
